Individual therapy for adults and teens.

I offer 50-minute long individual therapy sessions for adults and teens aged 14 and up. The sessions are held in my counselling space located in downtown Langford BC or online.

My counselling approach draws from a variety of psychotherapy traditions such as person-centered therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and existentialism, and is trauma-informed. I work with the understanding that most people come to counselling with significant past trauma that must be respected and supported. I believe effective therapy must be built on a strong relationship of trust and collaboration between client and therapist.

My past client work has included anxiety, depression, grief, suicidality, sexual orientation and gender identity, relationship challenges, intimate partner violence and abuse, climate anxiety, non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink/BDSM. among many other areas.

Together we will explore your identity, circumstances, and goals and create a unique plan of treatment that is right for you.
